El Salvador Rainbow Bourbon

This is quite a special coffee, perfect for those who love sweet, fruity flavor profiles. Consisting of three bourbon varietals - orange, yellow, and red (hence the name "rainbow bourbon") - this coffee undergoes 96 hours of fermentation in airtight barrels after picking, followed by 20 days of natural processing. This coffee is crisp, bright, and without any of the sour and vinegary taste that can sometimes occur with anaerobic processing. Flavor notes include lemonade, tropical fruit, and grape. Light roast.
